Our
Approach
Our approach is drastically different than other
companies.
While it is our goal to hold your hand throughout the
entire process, we do not coddle our clients or tell you
what you "want" to hear.
And we don't have the approach of simply reading the
latest book to pass on the advice of others and we do
not try to squeeze fit you in to our proprietary
products or services. We
are in a constant state of learning and understanding of
what's happening but we couple that with years of
knowing what works. We do not profess to be the
experts in all fields. We do, however, maintain an
amazing pool of resources, education, past experiences,
colleagues, networking partners, staff and people we
utilize when working on every project.
And because we believe the only place "success" comes
before "work" is in the dictionary, we know there are no
quick fixes to a broken system nor is there a fast track
success. We help clients to understand that as
well.
We offer sound advice, honest feedback, personal insight
and professional expertise. We pride ourselves on
finding products, services and advice to fit your needs
and your size budget... not the other way around.
While many people find it difficult to work "within" a
budget, we feel that's where we excel. There are
things you can do for any size budget. Designing a
custom website does not have to cost tens of thousands
of dollars... but having an professional do the work for
you does not come for free.
You have a budget in mind... everyone does. Being
up front about what you can afford doesn't mean we are
going to take advantage of your honesty. What it means
is we will not try to up-sell you on products that won't
work for your circumstances.
Even in the worst of circumstances, we can help!
Desperate business owners have even sought our advice as
they decide whether to close their doors. Not a great
plan to work under but it is what some people have to
do. Any while getting improvement plans and news
may not always be pleasant, we help owners and staff to
understand the true areas of need and the ways to make
positive improvements. In some cases the best
solution may be to shut the doors for good. We
have also helped clients make the best of that situation
as well.
